Invitation to Submit a Tender Tenders, prepared on the forms provided and sealed in an envelope and clearly marked “Tender For Contract No. O 15 – 07”, will be received at the office of the Manager, Purchasing Services, 7th floor, 50 Centre Street South, Oshawa, Ontario, until 10:00:00 A.M., Local Time, Thursday, July 16th, 2015 (as per Addendum No. 1, dated July 8th, 2015) for Contract No. O 15-07, Erosion Protection, Harmony Creek Branch 1, Goodman Creek Important Note: The bidder is advised that there will be a non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting for this Contract held on June 30th, 2015 at 10:00am, Harmony Creek Branch 1 commencing off of Oshawa Boulevard North in the City of Oshawa.
